... Yet another viewpoint on the arts can be found in The Flying Inkpot, an arts-oriented site created by a group of literature students from the National University of Singapore. The descriptive reviews are works of literature in themselves. The reviews are intelligent and enthusiastic and would appeal to those who prefer a personal touch. This is a good example of how the Web has to some extent levelled the playing ground between large corporations and small groups or individuals.

The Happening Page, The Straits Times Interactive and The Flying Inkpot (http://inkpot.com/) all have the potential to reach the same number of readers and it will be more a question of the content, rather than the financial muscle, that determines whether these electronic publications are successful or not."
