Jon Nakamatsu
The Gold medalist of the 10th Van Cliburn International Competition, Jon Nakamatsu was the first American to have achieved this distinction since 1981. He was also the recipient of the Steven de Groote Memorial Award for his semifinal round chamber music performances at the Cliburn competition. He has made debuts in New York (Carnegie Hall), Washington D.C., Paris, London and Milan.

Konstantin Lifschitz
Affectionately called "Kostya" by his fans, Konstatin Lifschitz won the 1995 GErman Echo Classic Record Prize, as a "New Young Artist of the Year", when he was 19. In the same year, Kostya moved to London to study at the Royal Academy of Music and made his London deut at Wigmore Hall. The following year he made recitals in Austria, Germany, Italy and the US. Among his recitals, his debut at the Società dei Concerti series in Milan and the subsequent critical acclaim established him as a favourite in Italy.

Nikolaï Lugansky
Lugansky is the Silver Medallist of the 1994 Tchaikovsky International Competition, and is considered as "one of the greatest talented artists of the young generation in Russia". While studying with Tatiana Nikolaeva, Lugansky made his debut in London at the Wigmore Hall in 1990, playing at the Concertgebouw in the "Five Young Top Talents from Russia" series, when he was 18.

Frederick Kempf
Frederick Kempf is one of the most sought-after young pianists in the world, and was the youngest ever winner of the biennial BBC Young Musician of the Year Competition. His Third Prize in the 1998 Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition in Moscow provoked protests from the audience and an outcry in the Russian press, which described him as the "Hero of the Competition". His unprecedented popularity with Russian audiences has been reflected in the several sold-out concerts and numerous television broadcasts of his performances.
